Our F Taxi Driver App collects and uses location data to improve trip management and service accuracy. When a driver accepts a trip assigned by the admin, the app tracks the driver’s live location to show the current position, monitor route progress, and confirm customer drop-off.
Location information may be collected even when the app is running in the background, only for the purpose of tracking active trips and ensuring smooth customer service. This data is not shared with any third parties and is used only for operational requirements between drivers and F Taxi.
The driver can disable location access at any time through their device settings, but doing so may affect the functionality of active trip tracking and service quality.

A booking of transfer can be cancelled or changed in advance by giving at least 12 hours’ notice prior to the transfer time. To cancel or change any bookings, you must contact our customer service team. You should not cancel or change a booking directly with our drivers.
The driver will take the route to a destination by considering factors such as traffic, time, road closures, and diversions.
Prices are quoted based on the most economical route. If the passenger requests a specific route according to their preference, the passenger will be liable to pay any extra charges such as fuel, toll, waiting time, and other applicable charges.
Refunds will be issued under the following conditions: For all pre-paid bookings made with a credit or debit card, cancellations must be notified at least 12 hours prior to the actual pickup time. If the passenger misses their flight or is unable to travel, the passenger must inform F Taxi immediately by phone, email, or SMS and obtain a cancellation confirmation from us.
All refunds will be processed without any additional charges from our side. However, if we are refunding to an international bank account, we will deduct all bank charges from the actual refund amount and the remaining balance will be refunded.
