These Terms & Conditions govern all taxi booking and transportation services provided by F Taxi. By booking a ride or using our services, you agree to comply with the terms listed below.
All bookings made through phone, website, WhatsApp, or mobile app will be confirmed only after receiving complete pickup details. F Taxi reserves the right to accept or reject any booking.
Passengers must ensure that the provided pickup location, time, and contact information are accurate. Any delay caused due to incorrect details is not the responsibility of F Taxi.
Driver details will be shared before the trip starts. However, F Taxi reserves the right to change the assigned driver due to operational reasons, vehicle issues, or emergencies.
Drivers will wait for 15 minutes free of charge. Additional waiting time will be charged according to F Taxi standard rates.
Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the pickup time. Cancellations made after this time may be subject to charges at the discretion of F Taxi.
Drivers will choose the most economical and quickest route based on traffic and conditions. If the passenger requests a different route, additional charges such as toll, waiting, and fuel may apply.
Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. F Taxi is not liable for loss or damage to luggage left in the vehicle.
Any damage caused to the vehicle interior or exterior by the passenger will be charged to the passenger. Cleaning charges may apply for spills, vomiting, or excessive dirt.
Payments must be made via cash, UPI, or approved payment methods. For prepaid bookings, refunds will follow our official refund policy.
Passengers must maintain respectful behavior toward drivers. Any abusive or unsafe behavior may result in immediate trip cancellation without refund.
F Taxi is not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, roadblocks, strikes, or other unpredictable conditions beyond our control.
F Taxi reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the service indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
